• This Folic Acidblood test kit uses the immunofluorescence double antibody sandwich method to quantitatively determine the concentration of Folic Acid in serum or plasma.
• The test strip (T) is coated with an anti-Folic Acid antibody corresponding to the object to be tested, and the control strip (C) is coated with an independent quality control antibody.
• Take the sample to be tested and add to the sample well of the test cassette, the Folic Acid antigen in the sample is combined with the Folic Acid  antibody labeled with fluorescent microspheres on the binding pad to form a reaction complex.
