Description of Computed Radiography X-Ray –  CR Reader HighCap Xr

Computed Radiography X-Ray, better known as CR X-Ray, is an x-ray equipment used to process image digitization using photostimulable plates or sheets for image data acquisition. The information produced by the X-Ray examination is in the form of an image that is printed on a cassette or film. Information stored on tape or film is scanned by a CR-Reader and uses DX-Easy Imaging Acquisition software to view x-ray images on a computer. Its purpose is to allow radiologists to improve and test the images to see if they match exactly what is needed to make a proper diagnosis. Images can be exported to various media such as CDs, and flash drives.
