I immediately tested out the product when I received it, and it has very nice hearing and clarity. The air gauge is easily adjustable and very sensitive, and the reading is accurate when checked with a BP machine. The sphygmomanometer is very large and the numbers and lines are easily seen. The BP cuff is also very adjustable. All in all, it is a very nice and capable kit.
